2005 Summer InstitutesThe Industrial Revolution: In Your Town, In Our Country Two Institutes Along the Connecticut RiverEconomic and Technological Change"At Five o'clock in the morning the bell rings" By a Dam Site In 2005, Flow of History continued the practice of combining lectures by experts in the field, text-based discussions of an important book on the topic, and hands-on workshops with primary sources that make connections from our local topics to the national story. Our core text was "Reflections in Bullough's Pond" by Diana Muir. By a Dam Site Syllabus (PDF) Conference Brochure (PDF) |
